What you can't see here are the two walls on either side of the camera position. The camera is set at the point where the two walls are just out of view -any farther back and the view of the seating areas would be obstructed. Even with a very wide-angle lens, the camera is only about 12 feet from the desk. This shot required a view-angle of 155 degrees; there are only a few solutions to this problem.
